Coton Village Hall is a modern venue situated on the High Street in Coton, just 3 miles from Cambridge city centre. The hall has recently been completed to a very high specification and offers a beautiful space for all kinds of events.
A flexible space
The village hall offers two rooms linked by a short entrance hall which are available for hire either separately or together.
Main Hall capacity
Size: 16 metres long by 6 metres wide
Capacity: 60 people seated at tables, 80 people seated in theatre style rows and 100 people standing.
Meeting Room capacity
Size: 320 square feet
Capacity: 15 people seated at tables, 30 people seated in theatre style rows and 40 people standing.
A fully-equipped kitchen
There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a large range cooker, two microwaves, small fridge and freezer, a commercial dishwasher and work surfaces. There is also a smaller kitchen facility in the meeting room with kettles, coffee making facilities and a dishwasher.
Every-day crockery is included in the rental rate. We are also able to offer 80 place settings of ‘fine dining’ crockery and cutlery which can be hired at the following rates per day:

Coton Village Hall is ideally situated close to a choice of external refreshment options. The Plough in Coton is a well-regarded gastropub just five minutes stroll from the Village Hall. The Plough offers a 10% discount to those using the Village Hall for day and evening meetings. Massarella’s Coffee Shop is located in the Orchard Garden Centre, a short distance from the Village Hall and offers lunch and light bites in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The Coffee Shop is not open in the evening. Massarella’s offers a 20% discount to those using the Village Hall for day meetings. Please bring the CVH booking form to claim either special offer.
Accessible to all
The Hall is wheelchair accessible with disabled toilet facilities. A folding wheelchair is available if required.
Free Wifi and Bluetooth. AV Equipment.
Wifi is available throughout the building. Bluetooth is available in the Hall (which can be used, for instance, for linking a smartphone to the sound system). Use of the audio-visual (AV) equipment in the Hall is £20 / session.
