To manage, maintain and develop Coton Village Hall as a venue for use by the residents of Coton and its surrounding area in order to enrich community life through a programme of meetings, classes and other forms of leisure and social activities.
Our aims and objectives
- To provide an attractive, clean, accessible and safe environment to meet the needs of the community.
- To maintain a financially sustainable organisation through effective management, a programme of active fund-raising and a strong lettings programme.
- To strike an effective balance between commercial hirings of the hall and subsidised community activities.
- To respond appropriately to opportunities for expansion in the facilities of the village hall in line with its Memorandum and Articles of Association.
